From your URL to your clients' inbox
No blank page, no content calendar, no Tuesday-night writing session. Here's the whole machine, step by step — including the parts most tools skip, like fact-checking and compliance.
01
Paste your website
newslet reads your site — services, clients, tone — and builds your publication from it. No forms, no onboarding call, no brand questionnaire. If your website can explain your business to a stranger, it can explain it to newslet.
Works from any business website. You can correct anything it gets wrong in Settings.
02
It reads your industry's week
Every week the engine reads real trade publications for your vertical — insurance journals for agents, housing data for realtors, dental research for practices — and picks the handful of stories your clients would actually care about.
You can pin stories from your feed ('cover this next week') and set standing rules like 'more local, less politics.'
03
It writes like you, then checks itself
Each story becomes what it means for your clients — concrete, local where possible, with a point of view. Then every dollar figure and percentage in the draft is traced back to its source; anything unverifiable is flagged to you before it can send.
Issues carry your industry's compliance footer automatically — education-only framing for advisors, no-legal-advice for firms, and so on.
04
You approve in one tap
The finished draft lands in your inbox with an approve link. Read it on your phone, edit any line, rewrite any story with one instruction — or just tap approve. On full autopilot, issues send on schedule and you keep a veto window instead.
Nothing sends without a human decision on Approval mode. That's the product, not a feature.
05
It sends properly, then shows you the numbers
Issues send with your business address, a working one-click unsubscribe, and suppression handled automatically — the boring email plumbing done right. Replies from clients route to your real inbox. The next day, you get the honest numbers: delivered, opened, clicked.
You can send from your own domain (you@youragency.com) once it's verified — that's yours, not ours.
The honest part
What it doesn't do
It doesn't send cold email — ever, to anyone, and that's a hard line, not a setting. It doesn't invent local color or statistics — figures trace to sources or they get flagged. It doesn't touch your client records or practice-management system — it reads public news and your public website. And it doesn't lock you in: your list exports as a CSV anytime, and there's no contract to escape.
